Thanks so much for stopping by! Here’s a little bit about me. I grew up on the North Shore of Long Island and moved to the South Shore my senior year of high school.

At twenty, I moved to Atlanta. It wasn’t for me and back to Long Island I came. There is no better place to live as far as I’m concerned. I love anything to do with the outdoors, especially if it has to do with water: boating, kayaking, fishing.

Through the years I’ve had a hard time deciding on a career.  From managing restaurants, to selling handmade furntiture, to every job related to dogs you could think of. I’ve always written but in 2010 I decided to get serious about it.

Combining my love and dedication to dogs with my passion to write, I came up with my crime thriller Heron Park. Check it out here.

I look forward to learning, sharing, and meeting you!!

    Hi Christine,

I enjoyed your page and am looking forward to your book.

I’m a southern boy and have never lived in Long Island. I have lived in Atlanta though. (Not in the past twenty years.) I don’t even like to drive through the place now, but it was a great city back in the day.

I’d enjoy hearing your take on Atlanta versus Long Island as a place to hang your hat.

    Keep up the good work.

    Hi again, Christine.

I really appreciate your stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. I’m really pretty lazy and it inspires me to write more when I know someone enjoyed it. I’m going to do better.

I’ve enjoyed poking around on your site when I have a spare minute. It’s a virtual treasure chest.

If only people’s temperaments were as discernible as a dog’s breed.

You have a fine blog, Christine.

That would be incredible. You could go on line and find the exact qualities that you were looking for on some sort of dating/friend/family site, maybe they would go by horoscope or something like that as their ‘breed’. Science could even break it down by what day you were born to discern what your temperament could be. The possibilities, lol.

Thank you so much for stopping by Rick!

Hi CKNice to have a new follower. My first novel was historical fiction, the second action/adventure, and now I just started a horror novel again I once lost.
It is about a druid and centers around Celtic legend. see my blog for a synopsis of the first

  11. Hi, Christine–
I’ve been browsing through your blog, and enjoyed it. Good luck with your writing. I had two sisters born in NY, one in Brooklyn and one on Long Island. I live near Houston now, and I miss the seasons. Here we just have hot, rainy and mildly cool.
